Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain Despite Taking Morphine

i have been on 100mg of morphine 3x a day since 1995. I was a Sgt. NYPD who got his knees crushed being a first responder in a gun, drug, buy. I did all they made me do medically, and have been in chronic pain since, 18 knee ops, 3 knee replacements, etc. Now i was told thw dea cut morphine er use to 120 mg a day. is this true? I have been in extreme pain since.

You can consider additional drugs like tramadol or gabapentin.
