Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In The Back

I have had chronic pain for over 10 years due to ruptured disks in my dack and pinched nerves. I have been on a number of medications dut the last was percocet 10 mg. which helped better than anything else, Three months ago I was taken off because of the problems my doctor said are due to overdoses and crackdowns by regulators, please help me find out what can be done.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem of intervertebral disc prolapse can be managed in conservative way to some extent. Physiotherapy like traction, TENS,short wave diathermy, exercises and muscle relaxants helps. If symptoms are not improving then surgical decompression of pinched nerve will be required.
Thanks.
