Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In The Lower Back

I have been hit by a truck a year ago in my car side swiped and I drive a tractor trailer for a living I m taking meditation and I get injections ever week in my lower back by my coxxet and it not helping me I can t sit for long periods and I feel like my life has just passing by and I don t know what I should do now I have been of work now from my job. I just don t know where to turn now

Please answer to my question what's ur age? In what posture pain will be more? Did u do any MRI for that or at least an x- ray,? what's uf exact diagnosis of present condition? did ur Dr told u anything about that.Don't worry.You just do some x ray if there is any fracture or dislocation then u need to be treated properly.Wear lower abdominal Lumbar belt.Cknsult any physiotherapist andDo some back strengthening exercises.Hope it may help u.
