Suggest Treatment For Chronic Pain In The Temple, behind Ear And Right Side Of Face

I am having chronic pain in my temple, jaw, behind the ear all on the right side of my face. It doesn t get better even though I take Aleve, Ibruprofen, Tylenol, etc. After some hours, it goes away, but always return especially at night. The pain keeps me from fallen asleep, or staying asleep. I had a CT scan when I went to the ER at the hospital, but it showed nothing wrong even though I was still in tremendous pain. Please help! I am disabled and on very low SSI monthly income.

hi
thanks for posting in HCM
I have understand your concern

most probable reason for your pains is
trigeminal neuralgia

I can suggest you to take tab.carbamazepine 200 mg twice daily and rash is the initial side effect , you have to stop it if you get rash.

you may need MRI scan but because of your financial constraints we ll postpone the test and continue with medications

hope this helps you
any further questions please let me know
thanks
