Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis
thank you - chronic sinusitis inflammation in forehead and nose dry. I feel tired and out of breath. I need a cure. I feel miserable what can I do? I have tried nasal sprays, netti pot, vaporizer. My head is sore, my nose is dry I cant breath very well. Please what can I do? Thank You

Chronic sinusitis may be caused by sinus block or adenoids elargement or tonsilitis or post nasal discharge or anatomical defects in the nose. First get it done nasal endoscopy to rule out the problem. If problem confirmed then your ENT specialist may guide you accordingly.
In case of meatus block need functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg thrice a day for five days. If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
