Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sinusitis

Hi iam a healthy 24 year old female. I have been suffering from an ongoing sinus infection mainly in the right nostril for a few months now, I have had treatment such as 2 courses of antibiotics, naspetin cream, steroid tablets and nothing seems to be working. I have also had a consultation with an ENT but he cannot find the cause of this. My main concern is that I have read that chronic sinusitis is linked with HIV but I did have a test for this a year ago and it was negative and I have had no new exposures since that test. Should I take this result as conclusive? do I need further HIV testing?. Im just very worried because it does not seem to be going away and my nostril is slightly swollen and painful inside now. Any help/ advice would be really appreciated

Thanks

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, since the ENT surgeon ruled out sinusitis and having swelling in right nostril and persistent pain I suggest you to consult your Dentist to rule out tooth decays and sepsis of roots. when you check for HIV and report negative means you repeat the test after 3months since the incubation period is 3 months. Take Care
