Suggest Treatment For Chronic Sleep Deprivation
Since childhood I suffered from sleep deprivation, which was associated with PTSD, but today I am a survivor of PTSD, but I still can t sleep. its been two days and I m still awake and have exhausted every method, both pharmaceutical and holistic medications, herbs- no success. please advise me. thank you

it is a mental disorder. first take counseling from clinical psy chologist and on his recommendation can consult psychiatrist.no medicine can be recomanded without consultation with psychiatrist.
