Suggest Treatment For Chronic Testicular Pain And Low Sperm Count
Dear Doctors, I have a continuous pain in my right testicle. It happened after excessive masturbation i felt something coming out however it stopped in the right testicle. Now this happened in 2010. However after doctors consultation I did a USG doppler scrotal test which came out normal. And was given some medicine but it didnt work out. However the pain is still there and has created some numbness in my right testis due to which i went again to a urologist who did the same USG test and said everything is normal. However nobody seems to understand the continuous pain that i am going through. I also did semen analysis and the result was 4% so now taking Maxoza-Powder sachet which i have to take for 3 months. Along with Becadexamine caps and evion 400 for 3 months. But nothing for the pain that i have in my testis. I would like to know if the cause of low semen count is due to the pain in my testicle as i also sometimes have problem with erections. I would like to know what would be the best solution for my pain and to improve my semen count. Male: 34 years and regularly drink beer. Thanks
As per my clinical experience, the normal Doppler ultrasound of the testicles does not rule out every possible disease involving testis or related structures. There can be various reasons for the testicular pain on chronic basis with low sperm count as: - Chronic orchitis - Chronic epididymitis - Varicocele - Testicular malfunction - Endocrine disorders - Hormone deficiency - Excess smoking and alcohol consumption - Uncontrolled diabetes - Heavy weight lifting activities However, if you can share your reports with me as scanned copy in attachment segment, better guidelines can be figured out.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
