Hello,

Your symptoms are such that you are suggested to get admitted in a hospital so that you can take urgent medical aid. You need intravenous support so that you get some nutrients. If you are suffering from gasoline toxicity, it can be managed. Anyways, you can take antacids and PPIs for relief, one SOS when required. Switch to boiled food. Take boiled veggies and boiled fruits. You can take cereals that are well cooked, Take food that is easily digestible. Eggs take a lot of time to get digested, avoid taking eggs for some time. Take Digestives and appetizers to help digest food. Take small amount of food, multiple times a day.

Take liver tonics, like Liv-52 and cooked papayas, sugarcane juice & food good for the liver. Take adequate rest, always drink boiled water. Avoid addictions if any. Avoid taking packaged and frozen food. Stay away from oily food, spicy food, trans, fat. full fatty dairy products. Your Liver needs care. Get admitted & treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
