Suggest Treatment For Cirrhosis Of The Liver

Where could I get a detailed list of what to eat when u have cirrhosis of the liver? like what to defiantly avoid what's good. I also wonder how my father should be getting treated we go from doctor to doctor and are in same place for about a year except he has been prescribed lactchalose

once cirrhosis of liver is diagnosed, only curative option is liver transplantation. Otherwise only supportive management. If he is an alcoholic he should avoid it totally. It could shut down his liver more. Your doctor is prescribing lactulose to avoid constipation. Because constipation may provoke encephalopathy (ammonia and other toxic products entering brain causing altered behaviour)
