Suggest Treatment For Class Three Dog Bite

hi, I have been bitten by dog on my hand. According to doctor it is a class 3 bite. Doc also advise to take immuneglobulin injection along with rabies vaccine. But due to inavaliability of immuneglobulin injection, doc gave only rabies injection. Please tell me is it ok to have only rabies vaccine

HI so sorry for that incident.First, you have not specified whether it is a pet or street dog and its vaccination status; If class3 ,it is advisable to take IMmunoglobulin half the amount to be given at the site of bite and remaining im /id along with Tetanus and Rabies vaccine.
