Suggest Treatment For Claustrophobia
I am very clausophobic and if I am unable to move any part of my body I panic. Had a small bone broken on the bottom of my foot and the doctor put a cast on me and had to go back the next day and have it removed. They tell there is medication that can be taken for it. I am having my hand operated on and will have it bandaged and unable to use it for awhile. My fingers are numb and lock on em and they say I will be unable to use the hand in time. What is the medication I take,

Consult a psychiatrist and get evaluated.
You have to get behavioral therapy and desensitisation.
Nothing much to worry as it can be cured completely with timely treatment.
