Hi I am a 28 years old sexually active male. I have clear penile discharge and its been more than a year. It started first with testicular pain roughly for 5 mins a day about 3 days. I was very scared and went for ultra sound and the doctor said they didn t find anything and send me home with antibiotics for a week. it stopped the pain but left me with penile discharge. I did all the STD tests and results are negative all the time. Doctor s tried few other antibiotics on be but still its not cured. I have no pain no irritation while urinating. I have clear discharge everyday sometimes before urinating, sometimes after urinating. I also have discharge after i had an erection or without erection . Since i already did my urine culture and blood work 3 times, i don t have any stds. Is there any solution to this? I never had this problem before. since 2015 i am having it and its so frustrating..
