Hi,

The clogged feeling in ears and ringing sensation could have been produced due to the filling of water in the middle ear. It generally happens due to the mucosal reaction of the eustachian tube.

You may need to be treated first with antihistamines and decongestant medications. However, you first need to be examined clinically to know where is the lesion and find out what could be the cause for it.

Hence, you need to consult ENT specialist for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
