Hello, I am a 44 year old male that is 5"11, 210 pounds, do not smoke or drink at all and had a hereditary heart attack in 2007 when they did 3 open heart surgeries on me and also put in a titanium valve in me along with a defibullator, but a few weeks ago they found a blood clot in my subclavian vein and they are trying to figure out what to do now with that blood clot. Can you help?

In this case, carotido-subclavian bypass should be done. This is procedure where blood flow is redirected from carotid artery to distal part of arm to overbridge thrombosis. Als, you should recieve heparin therapy and arm should be mobile as musch as possible.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health. DR. Ivan Rommstein
