Suggest Treatment For Cluster Like Itchy Rashes On Body

My husband has a rash that forms in clusters, it is itchy. He has never had the chicken pox and doesn't appear to be chicken pox. It is all over his body including legs, arms, back, etc. He finds little relief with hydrocortisone cream. What is this and how should we treat it?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cluster like itchy rashes on body. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like allergic reaction, contact dermatitis can be caused by coming into contact beauty products chemicals and poisonous plants , allergic reaction , side effects or certain medicines , sensitivity to sunlight , eczema and psoriasis. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to maintain proper personal hygiene. you should take zyrtec one a day and apply cold compresses to reduce the itchiness and inflammation. You should consult dermatologist for proper examination Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test , test fro allergy and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe corticosteroid ointment , antibiotics , anti inflammatory and immunosuppressants .
