Suggest Treatment For Coin Stuck In Throat
My 8 year old son swallowed a 5p piece earlier this evening. It was stuck in his throat but he could breathe and talk. We tried to get it up but after a drink it seems to have gone down into his stomach. He said he could still feel something in his throat but I think it may be just the bruising . He is asleep now and is breathing fine. Do I need to worry or will it just pass through?

I can recommend you to immediately go to the ER or ENT doctor in order to remove it out. This is a critical situation and may compromise breathing. Go immediately to ER.
