My Baby one year has a cold about a week, she is also cutting her two front teeth. she has no high temp, but she is not eating as much, green coming from her nose and sounds very chesty, would you see a doctor, or let it run its course. thank you

Your described symptoms sound like allergies, in case her oral intake is decreasing and she is lazy and lethargic, you should visit to a doctor.
In meanwhile nebulize her with Ipratropium 500mcg 3-4times a day, and Ventolin 1mg 3times a day. And give her syrup Cetrizine 5mg at night time. This will take care of symptoms.
If she gets worse do visit a doctor as soon as possible.
