Well come to HCM
Because of the viral infection such symptoms just possible and this would come around once the course of diseases overs and this is nothing to worry, if this symptoms persist then this need to be investigated for the neurological problem but this does not seems such problem, hope this information helps.( comments:- For the differential diagnosis stomatitis is one of the condition that have the same symptom of test less tongue and smell )
