Suggest Treatment For Cold, Blocked Nose And Pain Near Sternum

I have had a really bad cold, blocked nose coughing since I left Dubai 25 Nov, I am drained , have reoccurring temperature and pain in the bottom of my sternum . I a so unwell feeling . I now feel so tearful and work full time in social services YYYY@YYYY I have taken cough remedies, Sudanese and lemsips, paracetamol when got cold and shivers

hello.you can take levocetrizin 5mg at night and xylometazolin nasal drop 3- 4 times a day.
take paracetamol as and when required. get a cough depressant syp from counter.
levocetrizin may induce drowsiness so precaution should be taken. get well soon
