General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your child seem to be related to a cold.
If your child is congested and having trouble breathing, one natural remedy is to clear the nose with saline drops.
You can also use a a nasal aspirator to remove excess mucus from the toddler's nasal passages.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
