Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough And Low Grade Fever

my wife is 54 and normally good health she has had a cold for 6 days with a low grade fever under 101 the whole time. She continues to cough day after day and her ribs hurt quite a bit as a result. I had a bad caugh prior to this that lasted 3-4 days

Give antibiotic like Tab- Augmentin 625mg Twice day, along with Anticold medicine like Tab- Sinarest Yhrice a day and cough Syp like Syp_ Cosome 2 tsf Thrice a day
