Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough, Ear Pain And Headache

Hello Sir,

I have been suffering from cold and cough in slightest of weather change, i live at kolkata and since 8-9 years back i had been diagonised with chronic sinusitis and had been advised for operation. Still i suffer from headache when i am out in sun and with chronic ear pain when i catch cold.
Please suggest me some supplements which can be taken daily to reduces this sickness.

Hello .
I think that the best thing to do for Chronic sinusitis is the operation FESS.
Anyway you can take periodically...
1- Budesonide 2x2 spray nasale
2- Xyzal 5mg 1tb/ night for 15 days
3- Nasal wash with saline water 0.9% 3xday as long as you will have nasal secretions
