Suggest Treatment For Cold, Cough, Sore Throat And Leg Pain

Three yr. old has been complaining that her legs hurt for a period of time. A week ago she became ill with cold like symptoms, cough, sore throat, etc. She is asthmatic and uses nebulizer also. Takes meds for allergies etc. Was told virus going around so no need to take to dr. She did not get better and after almost a week complaining legs hurt, don t feel well. She then was running temperature of over 100 then over 103, went to sleep woke up and would not let anyone touch her, screaming her arm hurt. I thought she had dislocated her arm it was terrifying. Temp down to 102 the 100 then back to 103 Dr. then prescribed prednisone and antibiotic. She is still complaining of leg pain. What do I do.
