Suggest Treatment For Cold, Diarrhea And Lower Back Pain

I have felt sick for 14 days now. I've had many tests which come back normal. I am 29 yo female , with nausea, cold/hot sweats, diarrhea, lower back pain, dizziness. I also know my thyroid is swollen, but all thyroid tests come back normal . Any suggestions?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have cold, diarrhea and lower back pain . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like viral syndrome , side-effect , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , gastroenteritis or ear problem . I would suggest you to consult general practitioner for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like blood test along with checking vitals and taking history . Doctor may prescribe antiviral along with antiemetic drug and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for gastric problem or ENT specialist for ear problem . For now avoid bending forward eat light and non spicy .
