Suggest Treatment For Cold, Fever And Dry Mouth

I m suffering from cold ,fever from 4 days first i take the medicine (hifen AZ) for three days now i take mahaflox tabs with injection amakacin with grinlictus -BMsyrup but i feel heavy drowsiness and anxiety my throat and mouth gets dry and also i feel i have got general weakness give me some suggestion

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from Upper Respiratory Tract Infection also known as Common Cold and as it is a Viral infection antibiotics will not help in resolution as it is meant to resolve bacterial infection..
Drowsiness seems to be due to side effects of medicines and as the intake of medicines will stop the symptoms will resolve..
You can continue taking BM Syrup as well as you can take anti allergics like Allegra or Benadryl..
Take decongestant like Phenylephrine and mucolytics like Ambroxol..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and sip on plenty of warm water.
Take a soft and bland diet..
Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation..
