Suggest Treatment For Cold Legs And Feet

I have cold legs and feet but more precisely it s my right leg and right foot that s suffering mainly and far more than the left leg and left foot. When I m moving around its not really noticeable but is very noticeable when stationary, sitting, why ?

Hi.

This could be because of a compressed nerve or due to some obstruction in blood circulation. I would recommend a check on your spine using an MRI, a doppler ultrasound to check on your blood vessels in your legs and if you are obese or overweight then try losing weight. Also check on your blood glucose profile.
