Suggest Treatment For Cold, Sore Throat And Ear Discomfort
Hi I ve had a head cold for the past week, had a mild sore throat for most of that time The past three days I m feeling discomfort in my left ear, no symptoms in the morning but the feeling gets stronger as the day goes on FYI I m a 52 year old male.

You may be suffering from allergic rhinosinusitis. You may start a Fluticasone nasal spray and anti-allergic tablet Levocetrizine. Take steam inhalation through mouth and nose. These medications will decrease ur headache. The sore throat you are having is also due to allergic pharyngitis. Take Betadine gargle daily.
