Suggest Treatment For Cold Sores In Lips And Nose

I have colds sores all over both lips, sores in my nose , abit swollen eyes with some discharge. I also had a really itchy and sore on my labia and clitoris with 2 big sores on the inside of the labia. They are greyish in colour and the skin has not come off and skin is raw which hurts. Can you please tell me if these are all related? I went to walk in clinic and told me that its herpes on my vagina and did a swab which I'm waiting for the results. The doc told me that i might have passed it from my mouth to my vagina by touching. I'm not convinced that its herpes.
