Suggest Treatment For Cold Spots On The Legs With Bulging Veins

I get cold spots on my legs it feels like somebody has sprayed cold water drops on both lower legs this has been happing for about 6 months now my left leg towards my ankle it has been shooting out takes my breath away but tonight I have notice the vien is staring to bulge and kinda a red ring around were I have pain,

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting you have a possible condition called varicose vein(bulge vein) deep venous thrombosis(obstruction of the vein) I suggest you go peripheral angiography to locate the obstruction.
