Suggest Treatment For Collapsed L1 S5 Spine

Hello my name is Richard.My question is I just had to spine stimulator installed.My nucleus has collapsed L1 S5 I get a nerve twinge Sometimes.The stimulator doesn t seem to block it my question is couldn t they pinpoint that nerve that gets aggravated down there follow it up towards the thoracic part of my back or they tied the leads to and actually blocked that one nerve excuse me for my ignorance in the area.

Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be reviewed by neurosurgeon and repeat scan to see whether electrodes are misplaced or not inserted at right trigger points. May need manipulation however option of nerve block by anesthetist or pain medication specialist should be done. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Regards
