Suggest Treatment For Collapsed Disc In Lower Lumbar, Spinalstanosis, DDD And Sciatica
Hello my name is Nila , I was in cardiac ICU about 3 years ago, they found i had COPD/ Emphsemia. Since then i had been diagnosed with PTSD, I have a collapsed disc in my lower lumbar , I have DDD spinalstanosis and siatica. I have a faulty bladder sling as well. My question is what can I do @ home to help lower my blood pressure it has been like this for a week now . I have county insurance and Im disable. I have all my meds but my pain killers and musle relaxers......oh and i have a shattered foot. Help please. Im still in a boot and may have to have screws put in my foot
It may be due to nerve compression at lumbar level due to disc collapse. Still for further assessment you may require complete hemogram, MRI back, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.
You may require tablet pregabalin and multivitamin after consultation. Continue physical therapy. In case of not getting relief you may require surgical intervention after surgeon consultation.
