Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Well sorry, frank to hear about your illness. The cancer is most probably located in your transverse colon.

Before any sort of treatment can be started you need to undergo ct scan abdomen and pelvis with contrast along with X-ray chest to stage cancer.

Then depending on your cancer stage, you will receive your treatment which can be surgical or chemoradiotherapy.

I would suggest you visit a general surgeon as soon as possible so that you can get the right treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Humaira Naerm, Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon
