Suggest Treatment For Colon Infection

Stool is completely stopped since last 4 days. I had a colon infection and my doc gave me below medicine: Superia Zanocin oz Vsl 3 Onden I am having all these medicines since last 7 days. Zanocin course is complete. Now can I take Lactofiber to clear my motion ??

Dear- you can use a high fiber diet to help to improve your bowel movement. Lactofiber can help, cereals with high fiber content too. It is important to keep high fiber and low fat diet and drink at least 32 onz of water in order to help your intestinal movements.
