Suggest Treatment For Concentrations In Both Kidneys With Grade I Paranchyma Changes In Left Kidney

I am male 50 years old from pakistan. Yesterday (22.6.2015) I got my ultrasound report. This report says that I am suferring from both my kidneys full of concentrations and left one Grade I paranchyma Changes. I am feeling pain and am worry of mage of organs. I have been asked to drink water more than normal quntity and have been sugeested medicins for. I am mentally upset of i. My question is that how can I remove concentration of kidneys?

The only solution to remove concretion is drink lot of waters.
You can use tamsulosin 0.4mg at night.
Avoid calcium supplements and raw vegetables.
