Suggest Treatment For Conception While Treating PCOS
Please suggest treatment for conceiving, (while having PCOS, & 2 months on metformin 500mg & Siphene 50mg. Follicular study shows growth upto 11mm snd stopped.Was on OCP for 2 years before marriage to have regular periods) Also I have been using desvenlafaxin 100mg since 3 years.

You could try 3 months on the OCPs again to regulate your periods and then try again after that.
If you are not having success then a medication to induce ovulation like clomifene may be needed. Best of luck to you for a successful pregnancy.
