Suggest Treatment For Congenital Cataract

Hi I am a 17 year-old suffering from congenital cataract since I was born. I had an operation to my left eye when I was 1 year old and in the following 15 years I was able to see shapes and colours...however, in the last 2 years I am not able to see anything anymore, therefore, I would like to know whether there is any way for me to come out of this situation through surgery or any other medical treatments.Thank you very much.

operation is the only treatment available for coginital cataract. Condition of retina is to be assesed. If PL AND PR is present then some efforts can be made.
