Suggest Treatment For Congested Chest And Blocked Nose In Baby
this is for my infant baby boy who has a conjested chest, blocked nose. At times he is unable to breathe properly while having breast milk. When he was born, they slid a tube in both his nostrils to check if they were open, however it did not go through in the left one. He also has a little bone on top of his nose.
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It seems that your kid got left choanal atresia or blocked left nostril by bone or tissue. So when he gets mild cold also the only patent right nostril also gets congested and hence he cannot breathe properly as his mouth is closed during feeding. I suggest you use Cetrizine for cold and saline nasal decongestants for nose block in the right. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
