Suggest Treatment For Constant Anal Itching

I have constant anal{rectal} itching YYYY@YYYY . I was diagnosed with internal hemmroids and ibs several years ago and take no medication for either one. I go from 6 to 8 soft movements a day to having diareaha on other days but no pain just constant itching

Looking at your description it seems to be fissure in Ano, internal hemorrhoids or infected anal gland.

Here, I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
since how long you are having this problem?
are having history of irregular bowel movements?

please follow these guidelines
you can use anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine
You should take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and dietary fiber supplements
you should avoid constipation and straining at stool, you can take laxative or stool softeners.
Sitz bath will definitely help you
