Suggest Treatment For Constant Back Pain And Puffiness On The Side Of Neck

I was hospitalized for 5 days end of July. Congestive heart failure, fluid in my lungs and low Kidney function (18%). I am now on medications, eating right, TRYING to exercise, but I am still so exhausted and lately getting SEVERE leg pain. It started as cramps, but turning to DEEP SEVER PAIN. Last night, my right chin hurt so badly, deep pain, like in my bone. I just had to scream and cry until I got it frozen numb??? I also have puffiness down the sides of my neck, like a collar of ugly fat and a lump, top center of my back between my shoulder blades, dull, constant back pain. My biggest concern is that pain I felt last night, I wanted to die. Any ideas? Thanks - no card available to pay - guess I ll pray for a better night tonight :(

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI spine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
