Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have been dizzy for about a year, with it being constant for three months. I have tried vertigo exercises for two weeks with no success. Sometimes I can link it to low blood sugar, but not always. I see a chiropractor twice a month (no twisting of the neck, though). I am a size 6 and do not have anxiety. I am on geodon, topomax and pramipexole mi eat a very healthy diet with no sugar. Help!
Conditions like anemia and thyroid dysfunction has to be ruled out. A thyroid function test and complete blood count has to be done. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
