Suggest Treatment For Constant Fatigue While Treating High Blood Pressure

Constant fatigue. Even following 8+ hours of sleep. I stay hydrated, I speed walk the lake (3.5 miles) regularly, 4-5 days a week. I eat well, few fried foods, lots of salmon, salads and at least 16 ounces of water per day. I have high blood pressure and take three meds (in a very low dosage). Am 55 and ~150 lbs, and have been absent minded the last few days (e.g.- put my keys away before I lock my car door. I put the keys away before I open the trunk to grab my work-out bag, despite standing next to the trunk in order to grab my workout bag). Help!

Since you are under treatment for blood pressure, it may be due to electrolyte imbalance. Do get your serum sodium, potassium and chloride done--regards
