Suggest Treatment For Constant Hand Shivering And Anxiety Issues

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...im a 20 year old girl.my hands are shivering most of the time.i have social anxiety also.when im going to write anything infront of some one my hand will shiver uncontrollably..i feel difficulties in my daily life..pls help me?

In my practice if I get a patient like you, I give a trial of a beta-blocker medicine such as propranolol. I would also evaluate if there are other anxiety or depression issues in addition to social anxiety. For social anxiety I would consider cognitive behavioral therapy.
