Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache And Dizziness

Every time I stand I get very dizzy and the room turns black for around 7-10 seconds and once my vision is back I get this pounding headache that slowly lowers me to the floor from the pain and then I have this constant headache on the right side of my head for about 20 mins and it makes me want to throw up and makes my jaw lock. what s wrong?

Hi,

Noted your specific history about an attack of dizziness followed by pounding headache on right side, has to sit, nausea and jaw lock.
This classical history is suggestive of one of the following things.
Tumor in brain.
Vascular malformation.
Hypertension.
Since the pain is pointed I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor for regular physical examination, clinical evaluation and ask for relevant investigations:
MRI of the brain can help the ,most.
Consult a Neurologist for further evaluation, proper diagnosis and management as per the cause found.
Avoid being single as you may need help anytime.
Avoid going up and down the stairs.
Keep away from water ponds and pools, fire and anything that is dangerous.
