Suggest Treatment For Constant Knee & Ankle Pain
I am 21 but have had this problem since I was 15. Basically my knee or ankle will start hurting feeling like growing pains. if I do not take pain meds then it will get worse and spread until the pain is in my hip knee and ankle. It will wake me up at night if I go to bed with it hurting. I dont know what it is or why or how to stop it
