Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get a baseline autoimmune profile to rule out any Rheumatological disorder like rheumatoid arthritis or lupus etc.

I suggest taking ANA, RA factor along with inflammatory markers like ESR and CRP.

If these are unremarkable, may need to be worked up for thyroid profile, cortisol and sugar levels for any endocrine abnormalities.

Serum electrolytes and calcium levels, as well as micronutrients deficiencies, should also be ruled out like vitamin D3, B12 and folic acid levels may be needed and replaced if deficient.

If these are normal fibromyalgia may be considered but that's always a diagnosis of exclusion and after objective causes or possibilities are ruled out initially.

Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be helpful for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
