Hello,
Constant nose bleeding may be seen during the below mentioned conditions:
* Dry air — when your nasal membranes dry up, they are more susceptible to bleeding and infection
* Acute sinusitis
* Allergy
* Nasal polyps
*
Aspirin use
* Bleeding disorders like hemophilia
* Foreign body in the nose
* Deviated septum
* Usage of blood thinning agents like Heparin and Warfarin
You need a thorough clinical examination in person by an ENT expert. Only then we can find out the exact cause and thus appreciate treatment. As it has been 3 weeks, you need to see the specialist as soon as possible.
Conditions of sore gums are:
*
Allergic response to
dental care products like tooth paste
* Tooth brush injury
* Gum ulcers
*
Gingivitis or inflammation of gums
*
Hormonal changes
Rinsing the mouth with salt water would help decrease the soreness in gums. Mouth wash would also help. Remove the allergen that's causing gum sore.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
