Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In My Upper Back

I hurt my upper back about a week ago from exercising muscles I haven t worked in a little while. The pain was in 1 spot and after 2 days it pretty much went away. I went to the gym again last night and woke up during the night with really bad upper back pain between and around my shoulder blades. The pain is now constant and I can t get in a position where it isn t painful... I also have felt a little bit of pain in the top of my neck on left hand side since getting up.

when you are doing any work the muscles which are required to do that action will contract, while doing work muscles may get strained that will cause pain and usually it will decrease with rest, sometimes it may recur when you strain the muscle again, there will be some physiotherapy exercises according to site of pain and muscles involved that will give better relief for you
