General Surgeon 's  Response
Since you have back pain, pain of both knees, muscle spasm, bad arthritis, and your job requires you to be on your feet 12 to 16 hours a day, please consider change of profession, which will give you badly needed rest to the back and knees. If possible take a few weeks off. If possible, you must get an MRI of the lumbar spine and both knee joints to see for the exact degree of bony damage, and then the Orthopedic surgeon will be able to advise proper management.
