Suggest Treatment For Constant Pain In The Leg And Back

constant leg and back pain, cant walk far, cant stand long, cant bend well recently had back surgery for stenosis and 2 herniated discs. felt better for a while but have pain in back left hip, both feet are tingly, right foot is terrible, feels like a club foot - thick, painfulin toes top of foot and inside gets shooting pain. been able to ride a bike and use a rowing machine lightly without pain.

Your symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain.
I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three itmes a day.
I also suggest usign gentle streching exercises for relief.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to see neurologist for further evaluation.
